Artus Van Briggle Rookwood 1887 Art Pottery Standard Glaze Hand Painted Mouse Bowl 59D Early, hard to find Japanese flower dish with a hand painted mouse to the inside and side of the bowl by Artus Van Briggle. Excellent original condition. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Non showing pimples to the bottom and crazing. Bottom marked with logo, shape number, believed to be artist preference for glaze and cipher for Mr. Van Briggle. Bowl is 2 1/4" tall and 7 1/2" wide.
