Frederic Auburn Cincinnati Pottery Vintage Art Pottery Set of Four Ceramic Vases Nice grouping of pottery with great colors. The white vase has molded art deco designs. The two blue vases are excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. A couple of nicks to the interior rim of the red vase. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottoms of white vase and tall vase signed Auburn. The two smaller vases have test glaze marks including G 142 3R and G 245 BG 2R. Red and blue vase are each 3" tall and 2 3/4" wide. White vase is 3 1/4" tall and 2 1/4" wide. Tall vase is 5 1/2" tall and 2" wide. Auburn Pottery vase made in Cincinnati by Frederic Auburn in 1940. Auburn, a teacher in the Green Hills School System, operated a small pottery at his home in Mt. Healthy (a Cincinnati suburb) where he produced some very interesting and highly collectibleart deco vases and figural pieces.
