The vase is adorned with a lily pad motif; the lamp base is decorated with pansies and initials F for Charles Fouts.. Excellent condition. Tall vase has a spider line in base. Age related wear.. . Bottom of vase marked with Owens logo; bottom of lamp base marked with shape number and factory hole.. . Vase is 11 1/2" tall and 5 3/4" wide; lamp base is 10 3/4" tall and 4 1/4" wide.
