Tiffany Scott Riggs Ephraim Grueby Style Pottery Matte Green Lamp Outstanding collaborative lamp featuring an Ephraim Faience Pottery vase designed by founder Kevin Hicks after an original William H. Grueby form, paired with a Tiffany-style leaded glass shade created by Scott Riggs. The vase, inspired by a documented seven-handled Grueby design illustrated in The Ceramics of William H. Grueby, stands 13” high and is finished in a rich matte green glaze. The shade, a 16” Wild Rose example, was meticulously crafted by Scott Riggs using the copper-foil method, comprised of over 850 individual pieces of hand-cut glass in vibrant colors. The lamp was completed with a professional conversion cluster by Joe Jewell of Paul Crist Studios, integrating seamlessly with the vase’s riser.A superb marriage of Arts and Crafts pottery and Tiffany-inspired glasswork, this piece exemplifies the artistry and craftsmanship of three celebrated makers, making it an extraordinary statement for collectors of decorative arts.Lamp in total is 23 1/2" tall and 18" wide.
